Market Knowledge
In today’s market its more important than ever to have an agent that understands what it takes to sell a home. I have experienced the shift between a buyers market and sellers market and know that the real estate market can turn unexpectedly. I consider it my responsibility to know what new properties are on the market, where there have been price reductions and what homes have received offers. I am constantly analyzing the market daily.
Experience
I began my real estate career in 1999 and have been a full-time licensed Realtor® ever since. I have experienced marketing luxury properties, coordinating 1031 exchanges, working through pre-foreclosures, selling multi-family properties and new construction. Seemingly difficult problems may require special action and it has probably come up before in one of the past real estate transactions I have handled. Extensive first hand experience is invaluable!
